MotoLionLux Delivery Policy

Overview

We ship worldwide. Orders are processed in 1–3 days, and delivered in 4–35 days, depending on destination and carrier performance.

Processing & Transit Times

We will notify you when the parcel is dispatched and share tracking information where available.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping rates (indicative, may vary by item size, material, and volume):

Combined orders are not a simple sum. Example: a T‑shirt + a hoodie may be €25 total. Final rates are calculated based on the shipment’s actual dimensions and weight.

Taxes & Duties

No additional taxes or duties are applied to customers. Any applicable customs handling is managed on our side.

Tracking & Address Changes

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If an issue occurs due to our fault, we will send a new product at no cost to you. Please contact us with photos and your order number; we will review and respond quickly.

Packaging & Restrictions

We pack all items securely. Some destinations or remote areas may experience extended transit times. We currently offer standard service only.

Service Levels & Zones

Customs & Local Charges

We do not add extra taxes to your purchase. Some countries may assess import duties or VAT to release the parcel. If this occurs, carriers will notify you. We provide shipment documents to minimize delays and will assist with clarifications where possible.

Undeliverable & Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or not collected from a pickup point, we can reship after confirming the address. The reshipment rate equals the standard shipping rate applicable to the parcel.

Address Accuracy & Changes

Please double-check your address at checkout. Changes are possible within 24 hours after ordering if the parcel has not been handed to the carrier. After handover, address updates may not be possible or may require additional carrier procedures.

Consolidation & Split Shipments

We consolidate items into fewer parcels where practical. Large or oversized items may ship separately. You will receive tracking details for each parcel when available.

Packaging & Sustainability

We use protective packaging suitable for international transit. Materials are selected to balance product protection with reduced waste. Please recycle packaging where local facilities allow.

Carrier Selection & Optimization

We select carriers based on destination, parcel size, and service reliability. Where multiple routes exist, we optimize for overall speed and successful delivery.

Proof of Delivery & Reattempts

Carriers may collect signatures or photo evidence at delivery. If delivery fails, they may perform reattempts or hold the parcel at a pickup point per local policy.

Hold at Location / Pickup

In some regions, you can request hold‑for‑pickup at carrier offices or lockers. Availability depends on the local carrier. Contact support to check eligibility.

Address Formatting Guide

Service Interruptions & Peak Seasons

Unexpected events (e.g., weather, holidays, or regulatory controls) may extend delivery times. We will monitor carrier updates and assist where possible.
