Combined orders are not a simple sum. Example: a T‑shirt + a hoodie may be €25 total. Final rates are calculated based on the shipment’s actual dimensions and weight.

If an issue occurs due to our fault, we will send a new product at no cost to you. Please contact us with photos and your order number; we will review and respond quickly.

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or not collected from a pickup point, we can reship after confirming the address. The reshipment rate equals the standard shipping rate applicable to the parcel.
Please double-check your address at checkout. Changes are possible within 24 hours after ordering if the parcel has not been handed to the carrier. After handover, address updates may not be possible or may require additional carrier procedures.
We consolidate items into fewer parcels where practical. Large or oversized items may ship separately. You will receive tracking details for each parcel when available.
