MotoLionLux Return Policy

1. Eligible Return Conditions

We accept replacements only under the following circumstances:

Manufacturing defects
Shipping damages
Wrong item shipped
Change of mind
Worn/washed items
Damaged packaging (intact product)

2. Replacement Process

Step 1: Report Within 24 Hours

Contact us via Telegram with:

  • Clear photos showing the defect
  • Description of the issue
Step 2: Replacement Authorization
  • We respond within 24 hours
  • If approved, you'll receive instructions
  • You may keep the original item
Step 3: Receive New Item
  • We'll ship the replacement immediately
  • Delivery timeframe: 4-33 business days

No Refunds Policy
  • We only provide replacements for eligible items

  • MotoLionLux Ultra limited collections cannot be replaced
