These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the MotoLionLux website and store. By browsing, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all referenced policies (including our Privacy Policy, Delivery Policy, Return Policy, and Shipping FAQ).

Our store is available worldwide, subject to applicable laws and carrier restrictions. You are responsible for ensuring that purchasing apparel from us is lawful in your location.
You must be of legal age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have consent from a parent or legal guardian) to place orders.
We offer two product collections: Classic and Influencer. Product images and descriptions are provided for guidance and may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances, lighting, or display settings.
Your order is an offer to purchase products from us. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance (e.g., via order confirmation email) and initiate processing. We may decline or cancel any order, including due to suspected fraud, stock unavailability, price or typographical errors, or legal restrictions. If cancelled prior to shipment, any amounts paid will be handled according to our Return Policy.
Order changes: Address or order corrections may be requested within 24 hours of placement and before shipment. Contact support promptly to request changes.
Prices are shown at checkout in the displayed currency. Shipping rates are standard and depend on product type and parcel volume. Typical examples: t-shirts ≈ 10 EUR; hoodies (with or without hood) ≈ 20 EUR; combined orders (e.g., t-shirt + hoodie) ≈ 25 EUR. Final shipping costs may vary by size, selected material, and total volume; the exact amount is shown before payment.
We do not add extra taxes to your order. Some destinations may assess customs duties or VAT on import; where applicable, those are payable by the recipient according to local law and carrier policy.
We accept payment by bank card and cryptocurrency. By completing payment, you authorize us to charge the full amount shown at checkout, including shipping. For cryptocurrency payments, network fees, confirmations, and exchange rate volatility are outside our control. The amount due and confirmation requirements are displayed at checkout.
Per our Return Policy, we do not offer refunds; defective or mis-shipped items caused by us are replaced with a new product. If a replacement is not reasonably possible, we may, at our discretion, offer store credit.
Processing time is typically 1–3 business days. Delivery timeframe is 4–35 business days depending on destination. We ship via Moldova Post and Nova Post using standard shipping only. Full details are outlined in our Delivery Policy and Shipping FAQ.
Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the address provided. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship once the address is corrected; additional shipping charges may apply.
We operate a replacement-only policy. If an issue occurs due to our fault (e.g., wrong item, manufacturing defect, damage in transit), we will replace the product. Please see our Return Policy for the request window and process. Personalized or customized items may be excluded from replacement where applicable law allows.
You agree not to use our site for unlawful, harmful, or disruptive activities, including fraud, unauthorized access, scraping at scale, or transmitting malware. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
All content on the site (including logos, text, graphics, and designs) is owned by MotoLionLux or its licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use our content without permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MotoLionLux is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business (Republic of Moldova), without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Consumer rights under mandatory local law remain unaffected. Any disputes shall be resolved by competent courts at our location, unless otherwise required by consumer protection statutes.

You may cancel or confirm the order at the corrected price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order with incorrect information.
Your order constitutes an offer to buy. The contract forms when we dispatch the product and send a dispatch confirmation. We may cancel orders prior to dispatch for reasons including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or supply limitations. You may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting support; we cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has entered processing.
When paying with crypto, you are responsible for sending the exact amount to the provided address within the payment window. Network fees and exchange rate fluctuations are borne by the customer. Orders are processed after payment is confirmed on-chain. Refunds are not offered; in case of replacement eligibility, replacement is provided in line with our Return Policy.
Risk of loss passes upon delivery to the carrier. We will assist with tracing and resolving issues per our Delivery Policy and Shipping FAQ. If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will provide an equivalent replacement.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, governmental actions, outages, or carrier disruptions.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. You may not assign your rights without our consent. We may assign our rights to an affiliate or successor.
These Terms, together with our Delivery Policy, Return Policy, Privacy Policy, and Shipping FAQ, constitute the entire agreement between you and MotoLionLux for purchases made on this site. Notices may be provided electronically via the site or to the contact details you supply.
You agree to indemnify and hold MotoLionLux harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, misuse of the site, or infringement of any rights of a third party.
The site may include links to third‑party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or compliance. Accessing third‑party links is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
Where these Terms are provided in multiple languages, the English version (if available) controls in case of ambiguities or conflicts, unless local consumer law requires otherwise.
